Still currently am under the immense pressure of exams. One thing that really did make my day (oh well, at least for most part of it) is that I now know that I've been offered a place at RMIT University in Melbourne. The response took really really long and I got a little worried, and so i emailed RMIT on the application status. Apperently they had already sent an offer of acceptance through mail which I have yet to receive, so they sent a soft copy of the letter to me through the email instead to meet my request. Couldn't stop smiling for 2 hours straight. Just afraid that there might just be a permanent smile on my face like Joker in Batman and it'll be really ugly. Now I have just got to wait for the mail to arrive to accept it. I must say that I'm pretty excited, but at the same time afraid of what the future may hold, especially in a foreign land. For the time being, just let me fully concentrate on exam revision. I am really afraid of this semester's modules.

Finally dumped the final project of the semester on Monday. You have no idea what a nightmare it has been chasing the audit project the last 2 weeks, it'd been totally insane. Now it's full blast revision for exams. I'd been unsuccessfully trying to concentrate on studying the past 2 days. I guess I was so glad that the burden of projects have been lifted that I started slacking (a little to much for my own liking). Trust me, you'd never want me to start slacking, if not I'll just slack forever. I'm trying to get myself back on revision track today. Now am at airport trying to get something done. Good thing about studying out is that there's less chance of a distraction than it will ever exist at home.Today's the last lecture of the semester and potentially my last lecture in SIM. Lectures should all have ended last week, but because the lecturers requested for an extra lecture session for revision, we had to go back for extra lectures this week. Ain't complaining, I know it's for our own good.Wish me all the best and no drastic distractions during revision and wish everybody the best for the coming exams.

2 tax projects down, 1 horrendous audit project left. The 1 audit project is enough to kill you a hundred times over. The audit project's due the coming Monday and we're not even close to finishing it up. I'm even starting to do it on long train rides back from school (as in literally thrashing the computer in the train). It's crazy and a total brain wreck. I guess a lot of us will get audit-phobia at the end of the semester and rather be the accountant than the auditor when we go out to work in the future.Arrgh, crazy semester. Hey at least I can get comfort in knowing that I did work myself nuts to earn something than just bumming around slacking, freeloading off others and not doing myself any justice right.I'm a total nut. Once I slack you'll never get me to do any work. Once I start getting serious and start working, the world's just gonna sink like it never has before. At least I know I'll enter mental hospital with dignity.

Finally over and done with work. Took a couple of pictures, will be up on facebook when the projects and coming exams stress decides to give me a break. My last day of work was Wednesday, it was the start of the mad rush to finish off the Tax research paper and Audit project right off the next day on Thursday. Met Eileen at Cathay's Starbucks since the study lounge at National Library was full....at 9.30am in the morning! That is too early for the library to be filled! Projected til evening, caught Fame to relax a little before going back to continue on with the projects.Today - Friday. Went to school earlier at 5pm to meet Eileen to continue with the audit project before audit lecture. We decided to continue with the project instead of going to lecture since we reckon that we won't be listening in, so might just as well continue with the project. Left school around 10.45pm (by that time, school's almost deserted already!) and reach home around 12.15am. Am now still finishing up the second part of the audit project and have to get my part for the Tax research paper done before I can go to sleep.Tomorrow will be meeting the group in town to compile the Tax research paper. It's due Monday, so we're all under a really stressful and tight schedule. The Tax research has got to be compiled by tomorrow, after which it'll solely be my job of editing and formatting. I hope it won't take me through Sunday night, if not I'll really crash and burn on Monday.Arrgh. Stress, stress, stress. Tired, tired, tired.Desiree and I were just going a little crazy on MSN just a little while ago after we came back from school. We reckon that we rather be in Africa now and get eaten by lions. We'll volunteerily run towards them instead. For once she volunteered to run towards them first instead of pushing me to them. Haha, that was hilarious.God, please grant me the strength to push on and be able to meet all datelines and focus and discipline to study for exams after that.
