I've been in for almost 3hrs already and i've nothing to do. I'm supposed to go to Mt Elizabeth hospital to get some documents, but they're not ready yet and the doctor's gone for operation, so i can't go and take it at the moment. Basically i've read all the magazines i have over here and i'm just not in the mood to play online games. I think Mr Lim's just starting to issue the cheques and i hope i get mine soon. I hope i can go collect the documents after lunch then i'll do some shopping on the way out then it won't be so boring anymore..lol.

Somebody shoot me pls....i'm so bored. I'd only done about 2 hours of work today and the rest of the time i'd been playing games and surfing the web for practically nothing. I'm like so damn sleepy right now and it's only 4.30...and the worse thing is that i can only go at 6.Can't wait for tomorrow to come. Firstly, it's pay day and it's really time to start reloading the wallet and the bank. Secondly, tomorrow i'll be going to Mt Elizabeth Hospital to collect some documents ALONE to start doing the new case. That means...after i've collected the documents, i can go shopping around Heeren, especially HMV for awhile before going back to the office and of course before lunch so i can collect my cheque. So...can't wait..tomorrow faster faster come!

I know i should be getting ready to go to bed right now, but who gives a damn anyway. Just feel like blogging right now. So, Friday was Christine's last day, felt kind of sad actually. I think she's a great person, but i think there's only so much a person can take in a company like this where the manager and some other employees there act like others owe them something. I feel i'll miss her though cuz, she's the 1st person who helped me. The 1st wk when i came in, i was sitting beside her, then Swe Swe gave me this case and asked me to extend the trial balance. I had no idea what to do and so Christine explained to me from head to toe til i understood..lol. That was real nice of her even though she had tons of work to do, she put em all on hold just to explain to me til her mouth went dry..lol.By Chinese New Year, 5 ppl would have left the company this yr. I wonder how many of those from my lunch group would be left when i leave and i certainly don't hope that i'll be the only 1 left by the time i leave the company in June. The rate of which so many of them are quitting in a short 1.5 mth period is real scary. I really hope Stella won't resign before i go cuz she said that she's probably the next 1 to resign, then that will leave Bao Xian and Eileen who're under WL Wong and i don't think they'll quit anytime soon though. The D.O.A. DVD is finally out, wasn't really keen on buying the VCD so i waited for the DVD. I bought yesterday, as The Covenant was out also i got it too. Last week i bought Step Up, so i'll have weeks to enjoy watching them over and over again. Even though i felt that The Covenant was only average but i thought it wouldn't get boring watching it over and over again, so i bought it. Yesterday my guitar teacher also got me a metronome (the pendulum version) which cost $55, i think it's still ok cuz Yamaha's selling it for $98 so it was like $40+ cheaper.Recently a lot of ppl have been asking me how's work, how's working life like and so on and all my answers have all been ok since i was too lazy to go into details. But from what i learnt or at least understand from 5 mths of working and i really think you guys who're still studying should know is that:- know which group of colleagues to trust is very important- be alert and know what not to say in the presence of certain ppl who are 'spies' or 'suck ups' to the manager- don't smoke! Generally you'll know the excuse for smoking is to relieve stress, i just feel that it's a whole load of bullshit. Like for sales, you only promote and sell things and how much stressful can that really be? For office work, it may be a bit more stressful because there's a deadline for everything and if it's a bit rush of course there'll be stress, but is smoking really the answer to stress relieving? I don't think so though, in fact i find it even more stressful. Firstly, if you're a heavy smoker then there's 2 things to stress about - work and when to go out to smoke and that really slows down the time to complete the job or project. Like 1 of my colleague who i think is quite addicted to smoking, if he doesn't smoke once in a while, he'll totally loose concentration as in when you're talking to him abt something, his mind is like somewhere else and sometimes he'll be quite shivery. So i suggest to all those who're already smoking now to quit if not it'll only get worse.- Finally, what i really learnt in this company is not only knowing how to do the actual things in what i've learnt studying for it, is that of course there're some stress that you'll get in the working world and there's definitely a lot of different types of ppl you'll meet, but what really matters is not the stress you get out of work or what some ppl do that make your life difficult, but other colleagues and friends (which applies to personnal life too) that makes working or in fact living much more easier. That's why i mentioned earlier that knowing and choosing the right group of ppl to mix with is very important.I think the last point is what really matters the most. I find that i'm truly blessed to be part of this group of colleagues whom i go lunch with almost everyday. There're certainly things that i'm not truly comfortable of satisfied with this company like my pay which i find is a bit too low (it's only $500!) and certain ppl acting in ways that you don't desire them to, but there's always this group of ppl who you trash everything out to and vice versa and their really really nice ppl and since their a whole load more experienced than me, now and then they'll give me advises and i think it really helped a lot and that is really what makes it enjoyable. Certainly, cannot forget about the supervisor - Swe Swe..lol. I think i'm quite lucky to have a supervisor like her cuz she's quite nice, funny, real friendly, helpful (she helped me with my math when i sat for the SAT exam) and she enjoys reading my magazines (she's totally into the Brangelina and gang and the Tom Cruise + Katie Holmes and gang and she hope they'll all break up)..lol. Isn't that fun?Alright, i think i'll stop here. The more i write on the more nobody wants to read and i think i'm getting kind of too long-winded already.

I'm dead bored, no work to do and am definitely damn sleepy! Dragged myself out of bed at 7.30am, washed up, breakfast and i'm off to work again at 8am. I was so dreading it. Luckily i brought 2 mags to work this morning and i've already finished reading 1. I think i'll save the 2nd 1 for afternoon if i've still got nothing to do.Haiz....dying......dying......dead!

After 2 long weeks of not posting any entries...somebody give me a punch pls! *arbish arbish!* Ok...i know i deserve it. At last got my ass off the couch and eyes of the tv and computer games to come and blog.I know i'd promise to post the pictures of my cute baby nephew and Milo with his sunglasses like light years ago...so here goes...
So this is my baby nephew Yi Zhe on the left.
And this is Milo with his spunky new American sunglasses on the right.Apparently, there were things that happened the last 2 weeks. There's gonna be at least 5 ppl who are gonna resign within 1.5 months. Firstly, Aunty Ros the typist who sat beside me left 2 Fridays ago and i was 1 lonely person for the nxt 2 weeks after she left. Then, Christine (Audit) is gonna leave at the end of this month, i'm not sure if it's this Friday or next. Then, Xin Yi (Accounts) is gonna leave on 9 Feb, followed by Uncle Kwan (Audit) a few days later and finally Jessica (Accounts) on 16th Feb. I'm slowly losing my lunch companions because i've a feeling that they'll start resigning 1 by 1 in a matter of months. Last week, they got a new auditor from Myanmar, i think she's my supervisor's friend and i think that she's gonna take over from Christine. She's now working in the conference room and will move to Christine's place once Chistine leaves. Then on Monday, another new auditor came in, it's a young guy. I think he's taking over Uncle Kwan and he'll move to Uncle Kwan's place once he leaves. I think the girls in the Audit department don't really like him. Firstly, he walks nosier than a girl - the flooring is those wood type, so the girls with high heels walk with 'cog cog cog' sound, that guy actually walks nosier than them, it sounds like 3 girls wearing high heels jumping up and down on the wood flooring for every step he takes..lol. Secondly, he asks annoying questions and most of the time he'll ask Christine. Luckily she's leaving soon if not i think she'll explode. Even the other girls can't stand him and their so happy when my supervisor told them that he'll be moving to Uncle Kwan's place after Uncle Kwan leaves. Then yesterday, there was a new temporary typist who came in. She's that kind of Aunty type and her name is...Jessica...also..lol. She used to work in this same company long time ago in the secretarial department and now she's back again. She'll be doing typing until the company finds a new typist then she'll transfer to the Accounts department to help out. She's quite nice but i prefer Aunty Ros around, at least i find that time goes by faster when Aunty Ros was around. So, just now went to Suntec to this Japanese restaurant that was kind of like the buffet serving type for Christine's farewell dinner. It cost like $25.80++ for 1 person, so it's kind of like $28 after the ++ and we'll pay for Christine's share also so it'll be around $34+. It's lady's night on Wednesday so it's cheaper but there's a time limit of 2 hrs, i think at least it's better that we went tonight because the normal price is around $31++ for 1 person. 11 of us went to eat there and we or more like 'I' and maybe some others ate until so full that i could hardly breathe and i'll puke if i ate some more. We finished in 1.5hrs then everybody kind of started cam whoring with Ally's camera..lol. Luckily Suntec is quite a distance from the MRT, so we had a good walk to Cityhall. Li Chu and Caron went off 1st and Sarah took taxi and Bao Xian, Ally and Christine took it with her as it was on the way, so left Jessica, Alanis, Stella, Xin Yi and i to take MRT. Then after split again and left Xin Yi and i cuz we're the only 1s leaving in the east..lol. So it's almost 12.45am already and i'm still feeling quite bloated...haiz...what to do? I still gotta sleep soon if not i'll not be able to get up for work tomorrow. So i guess i'll just end here...if not i'll be late for work tomorrow. Cheers!

Today's my birthday and i'm 19. I'm kind of sad and happy abt it - happy cuz it's my b'day (like duh..do i still need to spell it out for u?) and no because it'll be my last year as a teen. It's my brother's birthday today too and he's 12 but who cares abt him...it's my birthday and that's what really matters. (i know he'll be swearing at me when he reads this..lol).So, some things happened in the past week. So, let's start with Wednesday. I'd got nothing to do at work on Wednesday so basically i was playing computer games and watching shows on youtube the whole day.Thursday: went to GSK Electronics Pte Ltd for stock take with my colleague, it was a quite tiring but kind of fun also then went back to the office at 5pm and slacked for an hour before going home.Friday: I still had nothing to do so my supervisor gave me 1 simple audit job to do which i completed in an hour and my supervisor gave me this pouch which she bought in Myanmar, kind of nice but i didn't like the smell cuz it kind of smell like my grandma's things..lol. Then played some more computer games. As it was Aunty Ros's last day, everybody bought her some present and i contributed $9.20 for it. The present was all the winter wear kind of thing. They decided to buy winter clothes for her cuz she is going to tour Europe some where in March and since she was so busy with packing her son's things cuz he was going to Norway to study, so we bought it for her with the excuse that she gave all the winter things to her son and so she needed another set to go tour Europe..lol. After work went to Ma.Maison at Bugis Junction for the farewell dinner and Aunty Ros kind of cried cuz she read all our messages in the card that we made. She's basically the 'office mummy' to everybody here so it was kind of sad that she was gonna leave. I kind of feel a little sad cuz she sat beside me through my almost 5 mths here and we kind of like having the small chit-chats when we were working so it wasn't so boring...but now she's retired the office is like much quieter and it's a bit boring now cuz there's nobody for me to talk to and entertain myself.Saturday: My first individual guitar class and also the first class after the 1 mth December break. The class is only 30 min long now and it cost me like $94.50 and i'm paying my fees on my own now cuz my mum didn't want me to continue so she refuse to pay. Worse of all is that GST is rising to 7% so the $94.50 that i'm paying now will increase to $96.30 in the next 1-2 mths.Sunday: I got baptised at church and i felt like a penguin going for a swim then after that i was in the limelight for awhile in church. Went to Vivocity to check out some of the stores. Saw the 19th century swedish ship that stopped over at Singapore for awhile out at the dork. We wanted to go on board to take a look but there were so many ppl on board looking around so we didn't go in the end and only observed from outside. Went to check out the new Pet Safari at Vivocity, bought some snacks for Milo, a toy donut and a pair of goggles (dog version of sunglasses) for Milo. I've taken a few pics of him and i'll post em when i have the chance. I've been blogging most of the time at work so i'll post the pics, including the one of my baby nephew if i find the time to post it at home. So as y'all know that it's my birthday already...so during lunch time Aunty Irene and Aunty Nat from church met me for lunch. They didn't know that it was my birthday til i mentioned it and they were like 'WAH! SO TIMELY AH!!'...lol..cuz they also got me a present for the baptism on Sunday. They were kind of debating on whether to eat at Yoshinoya or at Delifrance so in the end we went to Yoshinoya for lunch and dessert at Delifrance then i came back to work. So as usual i'd no mood to work cuz it's my birthday so here i am blogging this super long post and if i'm not so tired tonight i'll upload the pics. So, i find that this year's birthday is better than last yr. Last yr i just got $200 from my parents but this yr...i'd got an ipod speaker from my dad, $100 from my mum, a big and tall pink piglet cup from my maid (she bought the same but blue cup for my bro) and a book from Aunty Irene. So after work going to Copthorne Hotel for dinner and i just remembered that i forgot to bring my camera...but nvm...i'm sure u guys won't wanna see pictures of me eating...their just boring.I think that's it and i better get back to work before somebody notice that i'm not working if not...i think i'll have to bury my head in the toilet bowl.

I know it's a bit late, but HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYBODY WHO ARE READING THIS! So it's 4 days long weekend and it was ok, a bit boring but it's alright. It was my grandma's birthday yesterday, so went over to her house in the morning and stayed there til before dinner. My cousin came and brought my little nephew along and he's sooooo cute!! He's around 8 mths and is just 1 of the cutest little baby around, i took a pic of him during dinner and maybe i'll post the pic when i've the time. We went to Bao Gong at West Coast that coffee shop to eat the XO fish head noodle and loads of food, basically we had a feast and i was sooooo full at the end that i'll vomit if i'd eaten somemore. My sis kind of got back with that pathetic + lazy guy and so she ordered a bowl of noodles without the XO just for herself and she refused to eat the pork ribs.Today's been quite a boring day, nothing much or in fact there's nothing to do. Wanted to watch a movie but there's no nice movies to watch, so didn't go in the end. At night got my parents to bring us out for dinner. My sis wanted to go to this western store at around Bedok there near Anglican High cuz she said the food there was nice, so my parents kind of brought us there. When we reached, it started to rain heavily. Since that store was some kind of outdoor type with the shade put out cuz it was raining, all the tables kind of got wet although it was sheltered because the wind was too strong. So, my parents decided to go somewhere else to eat because if we sat there any longer we'll be all wet. We went to this seafood restaurant 'zhi cha' kind of thing to eat and my sister was pulling a really long and black face because she wanted to eat at that western store which was kind of a muslim store, almost all the ppl who ate there are those malay families and i only saw 1 chinese family there..lol. After we ordered the food, my sister refused to eat and she said she's only there to eat at that western stall then she got some money from my dad and went back to that stall to packet a beef steak, it didn't look fantastic though. So when she came back, we said that she only wanted to eat from that stall cuz that's the only stall that sells Halal food although she claimed that was the best stall in the whole place and she refused to eat the food that we were eating because they were non-halal and she denied it all the way. Then we said then how come she refused to take the fish head noodles with the XO and the pork yesterday and she continued denying that she didn't feel like eating them, like why can't she just admit that she's converted to a muslim instead of denying everything? Although she didn't say anything anywhere abt she being converted to a muslim but doesn't her actions say it all?Come to think of it, i've no idea why my sis like to stick to that guy and i don't see anything great abt him. It's like my sister's willing to throw everything away to change for that guy and he's just sitting back and watch her give up everything for him and he's damn right enjoying every moment of it. Seriously, i think that if a person has a high IQ but low EQ it's just the same as being a useless person. After seeing so much, i will not ever get a muslim boyfriend because i'm not ever gonna give up my dog. If that person can't accept the person that i am then he can forget it cuz i'm not gonna change because of 1 crazy person cuz if he expect u to change for him then that means he doesn't respect you as a person. Like my colleague Aunty Ros said, why deceive yourself and break off from your family and relatives and the rest of the world and hurt so many ppl just because of that 1 person? That is so dumb and naive. So enought abt that, that's just how i feel. I've got an early birthday present from my dad on Sunday. Went to IMM after church for lunch at The Cafe Cartel, then went to walk around. I kind of went in this shop which was selling Apple products and got my dad to buy me this $209 speaker for my ipod. Actually i wanted to get this speaker which has a better sound because it had the bass effect but my dad didn't want to buy that for me as it was $338, so he got me the $209 speaker which was better than nothing. My bro also got an early present from my dad, he got 2 Sims 2 expansion packs from challenger there (btw..my bro and i share the same b'day!). Anyway, thank you daddy!
