Kung Fu Panda only opens tomorrow so there's officially nothing to watch as in now. Maybe gonna watch it with Ya Fang on Tuesday if she's confirmed free on that day.
Gonna go Discovery Centre tomorrow, the last time i went there was like what..sec 3 excursion? After that gonna go ride the Singapore Flyer, mummy has got 5 tickets from who knows where it dropped down from.
Ok, i'm just bored and crapping around. Hmmm...this crazy idea just dropped out of nowhere that i should go do up a budget for myself this month. Maybe i'll be mad enough to do up 1 every month so that i can spend more wisely and save up too - in the case when i've decided to spend my final year in Melbourne and the world tour that for the time being only resides in my vivid imagination.

Since i don't really feel like doing anything right now, just here to blog my time away.
Somehow i just can't get the fact that i'd failed commercial law out of my mind and the disappointment is kind of ballooning within me the more i think about it. Kind of feel like i've let myself down and my parents too as they've to fork out another $1k++ for me to retake the paper. I just realised that i may have to drop Company Law next semester as Commercial Law is a pre-requisite for it, but let's just see how they go about it during re-enrolment next week.
Somehow i feel like i deserve to get a failure or set-back as i rather it be known as because i guess my ignorance have already started to kick in. For the last 3 years since i'd started taking the Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) course God has been rather kind to me for making my life so smooth sailing. I've been able to pass it within a year and He got me through papers which i was so sure that i was going to fail. God sure works in mysterious ways that we're not aware of. After got a job with little effort with the help of aunty Hedy, a job with a patient and funny supervisor and a group of fun colleagues to make my working days more enjoyable. After that got in SIM when i thought that my chance of getting into a local uni was crushed. So i guess this failure is a way of kicking me out of ignorance and slack to be more serious and to work harder. I rather be taking it on a brighter side as i know for a fact everything happens for a reason. It's definitely more fun being an optimist. There's always 2 ways to look at everything, and i'm just taking sides with the light over darkness :).
I know it's a whole load of nothingness, but just trying to make myself feel better about it.

So, been out the last 2 nights with Jac - to Ikea and to watch Sex And The City at The Cathay (and of course little catch up along the way..haha). It was a fun 2 nights, and Jac, we should meet up more often when the financial part allows la. :p
Sex And the City is probably the best movie I've watched this year. The story line's not bad and it's really funny. It's M18, so kids, stay at home and continue watching your cartoons :p. It is actually funny, unlike those lame jokes potrayed in *ahem ahem* Superheoroes Movie; Epic Movie; a bit of Harold & Kumar *cough cough*. So yeah, the best 2.5 hrs I had all day long after results and all.
So yea, i think i just might have realised one of the reasons on why i'm always at the movies besides boredom - getting my mind off stupid stuff like that.

About 5 min ago had a phone call from some recruitment company, kind of forgot what is it called...JAC something. I guess they came across my redundant resume on Job Central, asked me if i have found a job, if not whether i'm still looking for one. I was like...em no, but looking for a part time job. They then offered me a full time permanant accounting job, but to be fair and all i had to tell them that i am still studying and a part time accounts-related job would be more appropriate. So they said they'll look through my resume again to see if there's anything they can do about it. So yea, i hope that they'll get back to me to save me the trouble and time searching for one.

RMIT finally released the results and i'm depressed alright. I failed Commercial Law!!! I've to reluctantly retake it again next sem and another round of dreadful preperations for it.
Just passed Business Statistics with 57 marks, credit for Prices & Markets with 63 marks and high distinction for Management Accounting with 80 marks. Only got a 31 for Comm. Law.
I have no idea if i can take another round of comm. law when i'll be taking another law paper - company law nxt sem too. I'm just....crushed.

I can't believe results on the RMIT site has not been released yet! They released it about a week before they were due to be released on the SIM student portal last semester.
My results are due to be released on Wednesday on the SIM student portal so i expect the RMIT to post them either today or tomorrow. I guess they're kind of consenting to my wish weeks ago that the results will never be released..haha, but i guess it's slowly killing me the longer they drag it.
There's no doubt that i'm kind of scared. I've been praying and praying and trying to put all my faith into God's hands that He'll carry me through like my previous exams and trying to get rid of the doubtfulness and sceptical-ness. I just want it to be released and get through it well so that i won't have any qualms or uneasiness going into the next semester.
Well, putting that all aside, i've been movie bonkers the last 2 weeks and expecting it to be the same this week. 2 weeks ago, i watched Ironman TWICE - once with Juliana and another with my brother and in between that watched Accuracy of Death too.
Last week, caught Drillbit Taylor, The Chronicles of Narnia and Indiana Jones. Caught Indiana Jones on Friday at 10.30pm! The movie ended at almost 12.45am, thank God there's mummy and daddy together with the bro watching with me so i needn't worry about public transport..haha! Watched it at The Cathay, it's my first time watching a movie so late (as in it ending that early in the morning) and also first time at The Cathay. I know it's kind of ironic right, i used to go to The Cathay to eat and walk but have never watched a movie there before..haha.
This week is my last week of a whole week of total freedom, except for the fact that my results will be released any day now. Next week i've got Monday and 1/2 of Tuesday off, then have to go packing already. Wed to Sat will be going to Malacca for church camp and after which, the 2 weeks after will be busy searching for a part time job to go with the start of my part time schooling come 2nd July 2008.
I think this week will be another crazy week for movies, although i don't think it'll be as crazy as the last 2 weeks. Will be watching Sex And The City (gonna watch it since the response seems quite good) and af course Kung Fu Panda (maybe with the bro if he wants to watch it).
So yea, i'm trying to enjoy as much as i can before the nightmare of working and studying begins.
