For some reason, I'm not sure why, I just can't wait to leave this Company, stop working and just chill at home and at the movies. I guess partly because almost all of my lunch group have resigned and i'm more or less not so comfortable going lunch with the other group. So far about 5 ppl have resigned within these 2 months and 3 of them are from the group i frequently lunch with and another 1 is leaving this Wednesday, that leaves just 2 of em. It's not exactly of a 2 actually cuz there's another 1 that sometimes lunch with us and sometimes don't and 1 of the 2 sometimes lunch by herself and that left 1..lol.Another reason is that this 'new' aunty beside me called Jessica, sometimes can be a bit too much. Actually she's supposed to transfer to the accounts department after some time, but after doing typing for awhile, she decided to stay typing, that means i'm stuck sitting beside her for the rest of my career here. This Jessica is only a typist, but she uses a lot of space. You know, the table have this set of drawers at the side under the table to put your stuff and you can actually pull it out and use the top of the drawers as extra space if the main table has got not enough space to put the files and stuff while working. I think every table in this office, at least in this unit has the extra pull out table, but this Jessica, although she has her own pull out table, she doesn't seem to want to use it. Once she see me using my own extra space, she like to 'borrow' and put her things for awhile although i was using it. The first few times it was fine, but then she kept doing this and it kind of got a bit frustrating. She became so use in using my space that if she comes to work earlier than me, she'll use my table to store her things and even on the alternate Saturdays that she come to work, she'll use it and she doesn't even have the courtesy to push it back. Nvm, in another few months and i'm gone already and i'm not coming back unless the uni send me back here on internship which i certainly hope not.I'm counting the months left, I've already decided that i'm gonna leave in July. Either mid July or end of July depends on which uni i'm going to. If i go to SMU then i'll work til end July, if i go to SIM or UNSW then i'll work only til mid July, so there's still 4.5 - 5 mths left and i certainly hope that it'll pass fast.

The main Chinese New Year visitations are finally over and i doubt there'll be anymore visitations in the next couple of days, maybe the most 1 or 2 more. I was so tired at the end of it that i didn't wanna come to work but i did so reluctantly dragged myself down to work. So, Day 1 of Chinese New Year, as usual went to my mum's side. First stop was my grandparent's house and received ang paos from them and my uncles and aunties, my cousin's getting married in May is probably will get an extra 1 next year..lol. After that, like the past few years, went to Miramar for buffet lunch and then went to Tiong Barhu to visit the great aunties house and get somemore ang paos. Left around 3+. As it was Sunday, we went to church for the evening service as we didn't go in the morning, after that ate dinner at Cavana at Whitesand and then went home.Day 2, my dad's side. Went to my grandma's house and sat around to watch tv, as usual got really bored as there was nothing much to do, brought Milo there too so it wasn't as bad. After some time my baby nephew came and played with him for awhile. Then, some of my cousins came and we played cards and majong. For the majong they included money and it was kind of more fun, but since i didn't have any coins, my cousin lent me $1 (as in 5 20c) but it wasn't too bad cause i won 20c so it was kind of a profit....at least i didn't make a loss right..haha. After that went home around 10pm and was dead tired.Day 3, went to my church elders open house. First went to uncle Winston's house. His house is quite nice, i think partly because it's a terrace house..lol. He has a dog named Sparky, it's a mixed breed spaniel, i think it's king charles spaniel and some thing. It was so friendly, cute and quite quiet, unlike Milo. He kept sticking to me because i think i had Milo smell on me. The dog was quite funny though, cause everytime when i stood up to go somewhere, it stood up on it's back legs and grabbed my leg with his front 2 legs and he wouldn't let go, so i had to drag him around as i walk..and he is not a very light dog so it was quite difficult..lol. After that went to uncle William and aunty Hedy's house, their part boss of the company i'm working for, so it was cool. It was quite funny cause my mum and aunty Hedy kept talking about the boss and how stingy he is...and it was quite interesting to listen..lol. After that visited my uncle's house before he moves out, then went to uncle Simon's house. After that, went to my grandma's house to get some things that my bro left behind and then went to Yun Xin's house take ang pao and went to watch Norbit together with Cyril. The movies were all either sold out or selling super fast, so in the end watched the 9.30 movie that ended at 11.15pm. In the end, reached home at almost 12mn, showered and slept at almost 3am.Yesterday, found it quite hard to wake up cause i had only like 4hrs of sleep, especially after 3 tiring days of visiting with all the late nights and early mornings. So, i kind of dragged myself out of bed and was still half asleep when i reached office. What made it all better was the mocha that i bought at Parco before i came to the office. Actually it did work in keeping me awake the whole day and it was cool. This morning i was also quite sleepy but i didn't buy the mocha cause it cost $3.40 for small cup, so i only buy it if i'm super sleepy..lol.I just don't feel like working, i've been like going online to entertain myself for at least half the morning and time is like passing quite slowly today. Yesterday it was quite fast, because i went to YouTube to watch stupid videos and i was alternating between youtube and work and time kind of zoomed pass quite fast. Maybe i should go YouTube again after lunch..lol. Now there's still like another 25min to lunch and you have no idea how desperate i am to get out of here, i'm just hungry and in no mood to work.

I know i'm not suppose to blog now because i'm working, i've got a job which i'm doing half way and this is not my free time. So, what the heck, this job i'm doing is so boring, messy and i don't give a damn bout it cause it's causing me to doze off once in awhile, that's how bad this company's accounts are. So, i'll just put it a side for awhile and come on to blog.So to all couples, happy valentine's day, i know i'm a bit late but anyway happy v-day to y'all. As much as the many ppl who finds it a boring v-day yesterday, it wasn't much different for me either. It was the usual 'after-work-go-home' kind of thing and like every other day, spent v-day with Milo at home as usual - Milo watching and begging for food while i ate dinner..lol. Not that he was hungry or what, it's just that he already ate his dinner before i reached home, he's just being 1 greedy little doggy. So just gave him some little carrot dog biscuits and he kind of gobbled em all down in like *snap*...hmmph...So after work tomorrow going out with Juliana for dinner and movie, she hasn't confirm it yet so i can't book tickets. I guess it's about it and i gotta get back to work before someone comes to the back to take a peek.

Today had been a long day but i had a blast. After service around 12.30pm, the young adults bible class had fellowship, basically an outing after the 11am service. The whole group of 20 of us including Uncle Swee Aun who is 1 of the bible class teachers, went to Holland V for lunch, then 1 of them went back then the rest of us went to Settler's Cafe. Settler's Cafe is a place where friends come together to play card and board games. So some left after an hour, some after 2 and there were only 8 of us left, but Charmaine's bf came so that made 9 of us and we stayed for another hour. It was kind of fun and it cost only like $6 for 3 hours there. It was kind of tiring playing 3 hours worth of board and card games and we were laughing so hard throughout the games but it was fun especially with a group like that.We kind of finished playing at 5.40pm and we left at 6pm. Then, we were split into 2 groups - 'the train people' and 'the bus people'..lol! There were only 3 train ppl - Matthew, Valmond and me and the rest took bus. Matthew lived in Choa Chu Kang so he went back in the other train and since Valmond live in Changi area, we took the same train back. It was kind of a long way back cuz we were at Buona Vista station and Valmond was so tired that he fell asleep and i was blasting music in my ears. Can't wait to see what Danny's planning for next month. When i reached back, i went for a walk around Whitesands, bought a new bag and dinner. I think i'm gonna get an external hard drive and transfer all my files into the hard drive and reboot my laptop. Recently, internet on my laptop has been quite slow, i can't get into CO and my standby mode had been disabled, so i guess it's some dumb virus attacking it.Now their like showing Rain's music video on Channel V and i've no idea why so many people are crazy over him. I don't really find him that good looking, he has just an average body which isn't really worth drooling over and his songs are just average. I just don't understand why so many girls and aunties are going gaga over him...hmmm...strange.

Yesterday before lunch, i was stuck half way in 3 different cases and it was either not enough documents to continue or my supervisor have not checked the work yet. But then....after lunch, i was given 4 cases to do!! Luckily 2 of them were simple jobs and i managed to finish them this morning. Now i'm struggling through this job and the other 1 i'll start after i finish this 1 and then i'll have to continue from the other 3 stucked cases..it's so damn frustrating.Yesterday was Xin Yi's last day and she gave everybody a bag of sweets and chocolates. As usual, when i brought them home my bro and my maid took em all and i was left with 1 kit-kat. But who cares anyway...i've got 1 whole drawer full of time out chocolates..wahaha *evil smile*.Last night i received a letter of offer from the University of New South Wales. I know it should be good news that they offered me a place there, but the bad news was that they did not offer me my preferred choice which was commerce, but they gave me the international studies course. They said i did not meet the requirements for the commerce course and so they offered me the international studies course. They said that if i do well for the international studies course for the 1st year, i can transfer to the commerce course. Like wth...i don't even know what the heck is international studies. I only know it's sth to do with globalisation and whatever shit...i think it should be something like social studies and geography. My mum said there's a lot of theory and do i look like a person who likes to write essay? Hell no!! As much as i want to go to that university, i just find it hard to accept that course especially when it's so expensive. I'd rather accept something i'm more comfortable with with that kind of money that i'll be paying if i get in.I'll just have to wait for the response from SMU and SIM to decide although i'm not very keen on going to SIM. So i guess i'll just have to wait and see.

I'm like dead bored now. My supervisor said that she'll check through my work so i can continue from there since like 4pm yesterday and until now she has not gotten back to me on what to do next and i think she has not check through yet. So, i'm like sitting here day dreaming and waiting for lunch time since like 9am. I've already read through like 2 of my mags and i've none left here to read, so wth am i gonna do? I've still like got 1hr to go to lunch time and 4hrs after lunch of doing practically nothing if i've no work given to me.

Ok...so i went to collect the documents at Lucky Plazy and Mt. E. on Wednesday after lunch and after i cashed my chq which doesn't count for a lot. Of course i can't miss the chance of walking around town before i went back to the office, so before i went to collect i went to Heeren HMV to look around and after i collected all the documents i went to Ngee Ann and Wisma to walk around before taking the train back. I could've taken a cab back, but i didn't wanna go back so fast, so took MRT instead. At the end of the day both my arms were so sore because the bag of documents were kind of heavy.Been kind of busy with the clinic's case on Thursday and Friday and probably for the rest of this week too, at least it'll keep me occupied and who knows, time may pass super fast this week. I've been watching American Idol and gosh do i love the auditions. Like the past seasons, the auditions have always been the best part of the whole show to me cuz it's only one of the few shows that had manage to keep me in my sit and keep me laughing the whole way through. So now, the show that i'm getting hooked on now is Heroes. It's the first show i've really sat down and watched through since Charmed ended and i'm eagerly waiting for the last season of 7th Heaven and i'm looking for the series on DVD somewhere where i can get it at a reasonable price. Their like selling the 7th Heaven series at HMV for $93-$118 a season and i can find it online at only around $40-$60, so i'll get it online once i get a new hp.Recently, some things just got me wondering. I just wonder why some people wants things just because their friends have it, especially some really expensive things like cars (directed at the sister). So what if they get their driving license, so what if their friends got driving license and a car to drive in? I just can't stand people who for example, gets a driving license and act like they're too good for public transport. My sister was whining online that she goes here and there in her friend's ride or squeezing in with the crowd in the train or bus and how more better it'll get if she has her own car. Since she got the license she'd been kind of hinting indirectly to my parents that she 'needs' a car but i suppose it should be 'want'. I wonder why some people want something that i doubt they can afford to maintain it. Like so what if she works in Yamaha as some ballet pianist, like how much can she really earn? Can she actually afford to put aside $300-$400 a month for petrol alone and it's frequent maintenance at the workshop once a while that could easily cost her at least $500? Compared to taking public transport, it's like almost 10 times cheaper. Sometimes i just don't get what ppl like that are thinking, they just want what their friends have, but they just don't think of the expenses that they're gonna incur and it'll not be a pretty figure. For me, if i ever get my license, i won't get a car that fast. I'll get my own home first before getting my own ride and the most i'll rent one if i really need it, it'll be so much cheaper.
