It's been a really really long time since the last time i posted an entry at work due to screwed internet connection on my desktop. Since i've "illegal" internet connection now (i'd just signed up M1 mobile broadband!) and feeling really bored from doing work, decided to come back to routine work-blogging (provided nobody catches me).Mid-terms are just round the corner, next week to be exact. I am panicking at the moment and still struggling to find time to just sit down and do up my law notes and read up on Small Business and the Accountant. I so feel like strangling myself. I guess it's no lunch for the next two days as i've really got to kick start writing up my notes for law already.

I'm at my grandpa's wake now and nothing to do, so here I am to blog. This is the last day of the wake and it's only right that i came down. Gonna have a disappearance act to school later this evening. If i had the choice i wouldn't even be going to school, just because the dateline for the Corporate Accounting project is at 7pm tonight, i have got to make my way down as i've the project in hand.Seriously, i didn't expect my grandpa to jump into his grave before my grandma. Even his neighbours were shocked that he was the one who left first as they thought it was po po. He is probably the only grandpa that i ever had and will ever know.I remembered for a period of time when i was in pre-school, he would come down from katong all the way to pasir ris everyday just to fetch me from kindergarden. There was probably this once when i crapped in my pants in pre-school and he had to help the teacher to clean me up and rushed me home as i was probably gonna crap in my pants again on the way home. He then dumped me in my mum's bathtub and quickly call my mum to come home as he was at a loss on what to do with me. In that same period of time when he took me for lunch after school, he would ask me teach him some simple english which i'd learnt in pre-school of which 1 word that i still could vividly remember is 'fish'. He would always have a good laugh at himself at his constant mispronunciations. If i'd just 1 moment left with him i'd probably thank him for being a really good grandpa and he did fulfil his duty as one and apologise that i'd not really done my duty as a granddaughter. As we all grew up, we all grew apart. Sometimes they do wish that we won't have to grow up so fast so they could spend more time with us, sometimes we too wish that they won't grow old and someday leave us.Too bad death is an inevitable part of life and nobody can escape it. I'm just full of praise to the Lord that both my grandparents accepted Christ just over a year ago. They had only started going to church almost 20 months ago and got baptised just 7 months after. That means and i hope my grandpa will be part of the welcoming party when my time's up on earth. RIP gong gong. Hope you're enjoying yourself in Heaven. Hope to see you soon :).

Grandpa's gone this afternoon just before 3.30pm.R.I.P. grandpa, i know you'll be one of those welcoming me to heaven when i've served my time on earth. The wake's from Tuesday to Thursday and funeral's on Friday.Visitors, the address of the wake is blk 32 marine crescent and it's behind tao nan school near east coast. Drop me a msg before visiting as i'll not be there all the time yea.I'm assigned to money duties together with my sis, cousin-in-law and cousin (if she's coming back from the UK). So much for being the accountant, you get assigned to almost everything with the dollar sign in it.Well, i'll blog if i have the time. Will be rushing out the Corporate Accounting project by thursday and juggling wake duties with school and stuff.

It's had been a long long day. Usual school in the afternoon, after that went over to Louis Lim's early 21st birthday celebration and thanks to Louis Low's help after the party i finally got my schedules all figured out for the Corporate Accounting project. Had been working on it for 3 days but can't seem to get the answer. Was still around Louis' place at 10pm when my mum called and wanted me at the hospital immediately. Was planning to hitch a ride from Jason and Liesl as they were planning to take a cab back but had to go to the hospital instead of home, so they were kind enough to take a detour to Changi General Hospital before going back. Apparently my grandpa's dying. He was admitted to hospital 2-3 days ago with pneumonia and went for surgery just this late afternoon at 5pm because he has gall bladder infection too. My mum messaged me around 7+pm that he was in danger and ultimately called me around 10pm to get to the hospital as it's not likely that he'll make it. I'm praying that God will be with him and things to get better as my grandma's in hospital too and my grandpa's been accompanying and helping her, with him gone i've no idea what's to happen next. And seriously, i've got things going pretty crazy for me too and if my grandpa passes (i hope not), then my parents will want me to help out with the wake and all and i can hardly cope at the moment. I hope he doesn't have to leave now and i pray that God will grant him at least a few more years to look after my grandma.
