Chinese New Year official visitation days are just over. Nothing special, same like any other years. As usual:First Day - Mum's side grandparents house for abt 20 min, then go to the usual Mirama Hotel buffet for lunch then go over to my great aunties and uncles place for awhile. Only difference this yr is that after visiting the 'great' house went to my dad's side granny's place for dinner before going back.
Second Day - Dad's side granny's place. It was like a mini casino. Opened 2 majong tables. 1 table for the aunties, uncles and granny and the other for all the cousins. Of course we bet money on that, but not a lot. Just 10/20 cents the most for our table. When we got bored of majong we switched to black jack...of course we bet money too, makes it more thrilling..haha! Had fun with my nephew too, got some shots of me and my brother with the cute little nephew - Yi Zhe who will be turning 2 in a couple of months.

My third aunty brought her dog along too - Cassie the 15 year old (oldie doggy) Shetland Sheepdog. Cassie's overweight and old and has weak legs so she walks very much like a robot. She actually came in a pram! My mum actually thought that the pram was for my nephew, but we were like 'no no no! it's Cassie's!' and she was going like "WHAT?!?" WAHAHAHAHA!!! Got a really bad snap shot of it too, it was the only 1 i got, we were like leaving already so couldn't really take anymore. So there -

Third day - Church Elders' open house, only managed to visit 3 out of the 5 due to time restrictions.
As usual, my house is as quiet as every other year. No idea why, but nobody seems to be visiting the house for the last couple of years.
Finally started school today after 10 days off. Today's lecture was in the morning, but because it had been awhile due to the short break from school, I was practically sleep walking and travelling to school. Luckily I'd finished up my tutorials the night before, if not i have no idea how i'm gonna rush it out this morning.
Watched Kung Fu Dunk yesterday, not really a Jay Chou fan, but the movie's not bad actually - as in actions and all. Surprisingly there were some cantonese in it presumably that I'd expected it to be more of a 100% mandarin show as i'd expected most of the cast to be from Taiwan since Jay Chou's a Taiwanese. So there were quite a number of Hong Kong actors as well so not so suprising after all that there are some cantonese in it.
Was on a movie spree again after lecture today. Watched CJ7. It's quite funny actually. The alien dog was sooo cutee!! That little girl (I think her name's Xu Jiao or something like that) who acted as a boy was cute too. She'd make a very handsome little boy. Her acting was quite good for someone her age. Considering getting the VCD/DVD for these 2 movies when they're released. I think these 2 movies are a better catch and more worth the money than Ah Long Pte Ltd. The Ah Long movie looks very lame, and reviews from friends just proove the point that i shouldn't catch it as they said that it's a total waste of money going to watch it. Even they said that the Kung Fu Dunk, which is just alright to me is soooo much better than Ah Long. So shan't waste my money on that. I guess movie life is creeping back into my schedule after a pathetic movie draught in January. Am gonna really start and finish studying for my mid-semester tests that's due to start from end of the month and to justify reasons to go movie slacking. >.<
I guess that's it for now, cheers!
