Have been spending real long hours in school this week to complete the Marketing project which was due yesterday. It'd been real tiring going to school early and going back real late at night considering that i live more than an hour away from school.

Finally handed in the project after class yesterday. We were all so relieved that it's finally over and really hope that our hard work paid off. We were supposed to write a 4000 - 5000 word report on how to market the product that we've chosen, but we over did it and wrote around 8500 words. We were actually worried that our report wouldn't hit 5000, but we over-did it. We spent as much time doing up the report trying to cut 3500 words. It wasn't easy cuz we didn't know what to cut...haha. So Yun Jie, Pei Yin and i stayed in school aft morning class on Thursday to cut words, and finally cut down to around 5260 words after 6-7 gruelling hours. After that when we did the word count we were so happy that we screamed in joy cuz it was finally done...lol. Then after sent it to Sabeena to print everything out, the report turned out quite well and it looked kind of like a pro report...haha.

So after we signed the declaration form, we dropped it into the assignment box. Then, we started shaking hands with each other and going like....i had a great time working with y'all, good luck and see y'all during exams and next semester. haha. After that i just realised that sem 1 was over and it was the last lecture for half the class, the other half still have 1 more computing lecyure nxt wk. I was like 'WHAT?' Just when i'm getting used to life in uni and starting to enjoy myself with new friends and all, semester 1 is just over like that. Not too long ago and it's still fresh in my mind that i couldn't believe that i'm in uni already and now sem 1 is over. It has been a short semester, a mere 10 weeks. (i think usually 10 wks will lead to term break in most schools, but for us it's already the end of the semester!)

The results of the marketing test has been released. I'VE GOT A DISTINCTION!! I was quite amazed by the results, thought the most i'll get for it is a credit or may even fail it. Then i was going like....thank God!! I love you!! muakzzzzz!!! LOL!! Getting 2 HDs for Accoutanting and Econs tests and a DI for marketing test has really given me a real boost from my return to school. I'm praying real hard that i'll do as well for the big exam papers as i did for the tests. Also hopping that I'll get a HD for my spreadsheet assignment and also for the database assignment which i've not completed yet.

Now I'm kind of slacking the weekends after slogging so hard to complete the marketing project over the week. Gotta get back to finishing my database assignment and preparing for exams come Monday. God bless y'all for the coming week! Cheers!
